Our Beers
Celestyne Pilsner - Current Seasonal Golden color with a creamy white head. Big body and light fruity nose with bits of fresh field of harvested grains. Flavor is well balanced with light noble hop bittering and notes of hay. Very clean refreshing lager flavor. Long lasting finish. Sure to quench your thirst for the hot summer months! 6.3% abv
Raspberry Stout - Seasonal Chocolate/raspberry nose invites you in for a taste of this nicely dry stout with a delicate raspberry backdrop. The strong hints of raspberry play nicely on the palate with the chocolate and roasted notes of this full bodied beer. 7% ABV
Golden Ale - Nice transition beer, light, clear, crisp, American style, session. Great for spring & summer. 4.8% abv
Nit Wit - Literally, "white beer," this wheat beer originated near Louvain, Belgium, and got its name from its extreme pale color. Wit was originally made by blending infected wort, which gave it a tart, acidic
taste. Fortunately, the Wyeast culture in this beer gives you all the tartness with none of the bacteria. Light in color and extremely quenching, Witbier's unique flavor is also enhanced by coriander and
orange peel and cumin.

Reverend's Daughter - Light and spicy Belgian golden ale with a Belgian yeast character - hints of orange, clove, coriander and honey. Lightly sweet with a lingering finish. 7% abv
Pacific Dry-Hop Red - Large wafting nose of fresh hops, like running through the fields at harvest. Flavor is a very well balanced dark red ale with a NorthWest hop flair. Orangish, biscuit flavors prevail with a lingering light malt/hop finish.
India Pale Ale (IPA) - Our take on the American IPA style has a relatively modest gravity and modest hop character derived entirely from a single hop variety. Centennial hops have been long used by brewers for bittering additions, but their intense aroma and flavor has caught on recently. This beer is a bit lighter in body than our classic India Pale Ale beer, which enhnaces the perceived bitterness and reduces the aging requirements. It shows up in the glass with a reddish-gold color and a thick resinous Centennial aroma that lingers after the glass is empty. 5.5% abv
Vanilla Cream Porter - Warm malty nose of roasted grains. Flavor is rich with dark grains and light coffee with just a hint of vanilla. The creamy velvet texture helps to dry the finish. 5.0% abv
Scottish Ale - 100 Shilling - amber beer typical of the Scottish style - small to medium hop profile and nice malty flavor. Made with 2-row, Munich and Roasted Barley grains and Yakima Goldings hops. 6.5% abv
Seasonal Beers
Spring/Summer: Celestyne Pilsner
Fall: Octoberfest

Previous Beers
Dopplebock - Smooth as silk, lots of warmth to ward off the winter chills! Hints of dark cherries and cocoa lend character to this beer. - 7.9% ABV
Baltic Porter - Rich roasted grains and aromas of chocolate and roasted coffee abound in this deep dark mahogany beer. Below the medium brown head lie slightly sweet flavors of rich molasses, caramel, bittersweet chocolate and hints of dark plum. Robust darker fruit flavors derived from the malt (stone fruit) without being bitter. Lingering dry finish. 6.9% abv
O' Holy Hops - This Imperial IPA is big and malty, with nice bitterness, nice malty backbone and a large floral punch! Served in a 10oz. wine glass. 8.5% abv
Oktoberfest - Big malty classic example of the German lager beer, light amber in color. This is definitely one of my favorites. 6% abv
Summer Blonde - Light and spicy Belgian golden ale with a Belgian yeast character and hints of orange, clove, coriander and honey and a lingering finish. A fine summer ale! 5.5% abv

Belgian IPA - A Northwest IPA with a Balgian twist. Nicely balanced bittering, wonderful, orange citric color and aroma with a subtle Belgian yeast character. 5.5% abv
Political Pilsner (German Pilz) - A Euro-style Pilsner, straw in color, with a nice spicy nose for aroma. Belgian Pilsner malts give this beer a medium body, and with German yeast lends a clean finish. A nice summer lager to help you deal with heated Beer-ocracy! 5.0% abv
